Spread the bases with the pizza sauce. Scatter over the mozzarella cheese. Now add the chopped fresh tomato, chopped burger, red onions and pickled gherkins. Cook in a hot oven until the base is crisp and the cheese is bubbly. Whilst the pizza is cooking, mix the mayo and burger sauce together. Place onto a pizza plate and drizzle with the burger mayo.
