Break feta into a bowl with double cream, whip until slightly firm. Blend one soup sachet with 200ml boiling water for 1 minute, transfer to a microwaveable bowl and heat on full power for two minutes. Pour hot soup into serving bowl and top with quenelle of whipped cream dipped in seed topper.
