Loyalty Scheme Terms and conditions KFF Loyalty Scheme (the “Scheme”) points are only available to selected Kent Frozen Food Limited’s street customers (“Members”) registered to the Scheme.
General
1.The promoter of the Scheme is Kent Frozen Foods Limited (“KFF”) registered in England and Wales with company number 00723950 whose registered office is at Enterprise House, Eureka Business Park, Ashford, Kent, United Kingdom, TN25 4AG.
2.These terms and conditions replace all previous versions, are correct as of August 2021 and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. KFF reserves the right to change these, at any time, on reasonable notice for legal, regulatory, business or policy reasons. Members who continue to participate in the scheme following such a change will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions.
3.A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

Points and Credit
1.To be awarded points, members must spend above £1.00 on KFF qualifying products in a single transaction. The current conversion value of points is two points equals one pound sterling on all products. KFF may attribute an additional two points to selected products from time to time. The total number of points equal to one pound sterling shall not be in excess of four points for selected products.
2.Once 7,000 points are collected a £50.00 credit will be awarded to the Member’s account. Any loyalty credit accrued will show on the Member’s statement and shall be deducted from any Member’s invoice accordingly.
3.Members can earn an unlimited amount of points in any one point collection period (per annum).
4.Any credit must be redeemed within one year of accrual.
5.Member will be sent a quarterly statement detailing points accrued to date and any credit available on account.
6.KFF is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value.
7.Points already issued may be removed or cancelled if KFF determines that the points were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or action of our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.
8.Points have no value until converted into credit at the end of the points collection period.
9.KFF is under no obligation to award any points or credit for any reason outside of qualifying transactions.
The Scheme
1.These terms and conditions are only applicable to the KFF Loyalty Scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance
2.All Members of the Scheme must be businesses registered in the UK and orders must be placed by a member of staff who is 18 years or over.
3.Members are only entitled to one KFF account each. KFF reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
4.Members must register their business details and keep KFF informed of any changes. KFF cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or credit incurred as a result of out of date details.
5.The Member’s account is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the Member who is named and registered for the scheme.
6.KFF may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Member account and/or remove a Member from the Scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of any abuse or attempted abuse of the Scheme; any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions or any behaviour relating to Scheme that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.
7. Credit can only be used for purchases from KFF via KFF’s website and will be automatically applied at the checkout.
8.The Scheme is for business use only.
9.Members can choose to leave the Scheme at any time. By leaving the Scheme, Members forfeit the right to any points or credit already accrued or issued.
