What is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

MFA is used to verify customer identity when they sign into an application. It provides an additional layer of security on top of credentials like usernames and passwords.

Do I have to use MFA to log in?

No MFA is a added security measure but not mandotary. 

What are the different MFA options available?

The different MFA verification methods available to users are:​

-  SMS (Text Message)

-  Email Verification

-  Google Authenticator

You may configure any factor to secure your sign-in. If you configure more than one factor, you will have the option to select which factor to complete MFA upon login. It is recommended to enroll in multiple factors to enhance security and provide multiple means of authenticating with MFA.
