Directions For Use
• Keep frozen - store at -18°C. • Defrost individual slices at room temperature for 2 hours • Defrost whole case at room temperature for approximately 4 hours. • Once defrosted slices must be sold and consumed within 10 days • The 10 day Best Before Date must be applied by the retailer/caterer. • Do not refreeze once defrosted.
