Directions For Use
Steam cook from frozen in a covered baking tray for around 20 minutes. Alternatively, oven cook from frozen in a covered baking tray with a small amount of water, for 25-30 minutes (Gas 4/180°C/350°F; less for convection ovens) removing the lid 10 minutes before the end of cooking. For best results cook covered in gravy or a sauce. Check product is a minimum of 75°C (or to national standards) before serving. If storing in a hot cupboard, keep covered to prevent drying out.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen below -18C. If allowed to defrost, do not refreeze.
