Directions For Use
Oven Bake: Cook from frozen. Place on a baking tray, in a pre-heated oven at 200ºc / Gas mark 6 for approximately 15 - 20 minutes or in a halogen oven at 200ºc for approximately 10 - 15 minutes. This is a raw product and must be cooked to a minimum temperature of 72ºc for 30 seconds or equivalent as measured with a temperature probe.
Storage Instructions
Store frozen product at -18C or colder Do not re-freeze after thawing
