Directions For Use
Deep Fry. Preheat oil to 180ºC. Deep fry frozen fish for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 220ºC (Gas Mark 7). Place frozen fish on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 24-26 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking. Allow a minute to cool before serving.
Storage Instructions
Keep Frozen. Store at or below -18ºC. Do not refreeze.
