Bacon And Egg Croissant



This is a great way of using up the previous day’s croissants.

Slice the croissant in half through the middle.

Sprinkle over grated cheese and pop under a grill to melt.

Cook the bacon until crisp and place onto the cheese.

Cook your eggs to how you like them, scrambled, fried, poached or even an omelette works well and place onto the sandwich.

Spread the underside of the lid with chilli chutney and before placing on top add a handful of watercress and serve.
