Bacon Mac 'n' Cheese Toastie

Place burger cheese on a slice of bread, then add macaroni cheese and bacon slices. Add another slice of burger cheese and top with a slice of bread. Place sandwich into a lightly oiled griddle pan and cook until bread is slightly toasted, then flip and toast other side. Place in a hot oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melting and center of macaroni is hot. Serve with garnishing of rocket leaves.
