Beer Braised Bratwurst

Directions:

Bake Dejeunettes until golden and slightly crispy, remove from oven and keep warm. Cook bratwurst in an oven set to GM3/160°C for 15-20 minutes until piping hot in the centre. Gently warm sauerkraut and serve in Dejeunette, add bratwurst and drizzle with ketchup and mustard, finish with a sprinkling of chives.
