Beetroot & Sweet Potato Wrap



Cook Falafel as per instructions. Slice peppers, cucumber and avocado. Warm wrap in a large frying pan and transfer to serving plate/board. Randomly cover the wrap with the peppers, cucumber, avocado and broken falafel. Dress with sweet chilli sauce and yoghurt mint dressing, finish with coriander leaf.
