Free Range Medium Shell Eggs (020017)

Defrost the bagel at room temperature, then spray with water and bake at 190°c for 4 minutes in a preheated conventional oven. Poach the egg. Spread the bagel with a thick layer of Greek yoghurt, then construct with a base of rocket leaves, followed by 1-2 folded slices each of pastrami, turkey and gammon. Top with the poached egg and drizzle with chipotle paste to finish.
