Gochujang Chicken Wings

Directions:

Make a marinade by mixing equal amounts of Gochujang paste and honey together, leave to one side. Deep fry wings for 4-5 minutes or oven bake for 10 mins at 180?C/GM4. Coat wings with marinade and bake in a oven for 12mins. Remove from oven, turn wings and baste with remaining marinade and cook for a further 15-20 minutes until tips become charred and honey caramelizes. Serve garnished with sliced mixed chilli, spring onion and sesame seeds. Top tip: Adjust quantities of honey and Gochujang paste according to required level of sweetness and spice. Top tip: For a smokier taste finish wings on a charcoal BBQ after first glazed cooking.
