Jackfruit Bao Buns



Drain and rinse jackfruit and warm in a pan with garlic puree, add Asian Sticky sauce and heat for a further 5 mins. Steam buns as per instructions and fill with cabbage slaw and top with jackfruit mix. Serve garnished with crushed nuts, spring onion, chilli, fresh coriander leaf and lime wedges.
