Paneer Tikka Skewers



Place yoghurt in a bowl with chilli powder, garam masala, garlic and ginger puree. Mix well and gently stir in diced paneer, leave to marinade. Dice onion and peppers. Meanwhile make the dip by adding diced cucumber and chillies to the yoghurt with shredded mint. Build skewers by alternating paneer with peppers and red onion then cook in a hot oven set to GM6/200°C until slightly charred. Remove from oven and serve drizzled with dressing and a sprinkling of diced chillies.
