Pulled Pork Buddha Bowl



Take two large serving plates or bowls. Mix the cooked brown rice and kidney beans together and warm through in the microwave. Divide the mixture between the plates. Now add the hot corn on the cob, spiralised carrot, sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, the baby gem lettuce topped with the ranch dressing and crispy onions. Warm the pulled pork in the microwave and add to the plate. Now finish the plate with coriander and black sesame seeds and serve the sauces on the side.
