Seafood Linguine



Defrost Seafood Cocktail and Greenlip Mussels. In a large pan heat some cooking oil. Add garlic and chilli flakes.

Cook gently for 2 minutes then add tomato sauce, bring to a gentle simmer. Cook pasta to al dente. When almost ready add cherry tomatoes, seafood and mussels to the sauce and bring up to heat. Drain pasta and add to sauce. Serve immediately
