Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Remove roasting potatoes from packaging and pour into a roasting tray, no need to add oil as they are already coated. Roast in a preheated oven set to 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes
Heat mashed potato in a steamer or microwave and keep warm
Prepare and cook vegetables as per packet instructions and hot hold in a Bain Marie or under lights
Cook pigs in blankets as per instructions
Portion meat into two or three slices per person, place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cover with some water or stock. Gently warm in an oven set to 180 degrees for a few minutes
Heat gravy and Yorkshire puddings
Serve as required
