Directions For Use
For best results reheat from frozen, alternatively thaw in a refrigerated area (<5oC) and reheat & use it within 5 days (including the day of defrost). Please do not refreeze the product after thawing! On reheating for reasons of safety and palatability ensure the centre temperature of the product achieves 72oC for at least 2 minutes or equivalent.

Below are the storage temperatures after Despatch: Product Temperature on Transportation: - 15⁰C to -25⁰C Product Temperature on Delivery: -15⁰C to -25⁰C Storage Conditions (Not Opened Pack): -18⁰C to -25⁰C Storage Conditions / Shelf Life Once Opened : 2⁰C to 5⁰C at 5 Days Product after Defrost: 5⁰C The Shelf life of the Product is 5 days after Defrost.
