Sweet Tamarind Duck Hirata Buns

Defrost and coat the shredded duck in sweet tamarind sauce, seal and marinate in a chilled environment for 30-60mins.

Defrost the hirata buns. Warm the marinaded duck until heated through, steaming the defrosted hirata buns at the same time.

Once warmed, fill the steamed buns with a good spoonful of duck mix, add a little more sweet tamarind sauce if required, add sliced cucumber and shredded spring onion. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
