Aromatic Peking Duck Hirata Buns

1) Defrost the Hirata buns. 2) Warm the duck filling until heated through, steaming the defrosted Hirata buns at the same time. 3) Fill the steamed buns with a good spoonful of duck mix, add a little more sweet sauce if required, add sliced cucumber and shredded spring onion. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
