The Antica



Using the Pre-sauced Pizza base, cut the artichoke hearts into quarters, cut the Char-Grilled Peppers into 5mm strips, cut the Goats Cheese into a rough dice and tear the Buffalo Mozzarella. Place ingredients evenly on top of the pizza and finish with the Red Onion Marmalade. Bake in a hot oven for 4-6minutes until the cheese starts to melt. (GM7/230c-200c fan) Garnish with fresh Watercress leaves and a little Olive Oil.
