The Surf and Turf Burger



Grill burger on a medium heat for 5-8 minutes, ensuring burger is piping hot throughout. Mix mayonnaise with sriracha chilli sauce. Drain and squeeze crayfish tails and crabmeat, gently mix into sriracha mayonnaise, warm bacon under a grill. Toast bun and spread a layer on mayonnaise on the base, add a slice of beef tomato and some lettuce. Add the burger, top with crayfish and crab mix and top with crispy bacon. Place bun lid on top. Serve with gourmet chips.
