Toasted Hazelnut & Feta Salad

Directions:

Toast hazelnuts in oven at GM4/180C for 5-8 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. In a large bowl gently mix the spinach, avocado and edamame beans together and then arrange on a plate.

Crumble Feta cheese and Ricotta onto salad topping with hazelnuts. Drizzle with balsamico dressing.
