Pour a little of the orange juice into a medium size pan, add some brown sugar and the ground cinnamon. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the apple and heat on a low heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until the apple mix is heated through.
Add the salted caramel topping sauce, stir in and keep warm. Microwave the tortilla for 10-15 seconds, or until soft. Spoon some of the apple mixture onto the centre of each tortilla and roll and tuck burrito-style. Lay burritos seam side down in an oven-proof dish.
Top with some of the apple mixture, chopped walnuts, and a sprinkling of cinnamon, then cook for 3 minutes. Finish with a dusting of icing sugar and serve with clotted cream or vanilla ice cream.
