Ultimate Pulled Pork Burger



For the naked slaw, warm the vinegar, sugar, and apple juice in a small pan. Pour the mixture over the prepared vegetables, toss lightly and leave until needed. Warm the pulled pork through until hot. Toast in inside of the brioche buns, add the cheese to the base bun and pop under the grill to melt the cheese. Top with the pickled, pulled pork, naked slaw and a drizzle of bbq sauce. Place the lid on and serve with fries.
