COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Stir Fry Sauce Hob • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a hot frying pan • Add diced chicken / protein of choice / sliced vegetables and stir fry for 5-8 minutes • Add Sweet and Sour sauce and stir fry for 5 minutes (or until protein is thoroughly cooked) Pour Over Sauce Hob • Cook meat / fish of choice as per cooking instruction • Heat the Sweet and Sour sauce in a saucepan over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes • Pour over the cooked meat / fish and serve. Dip / Salsa • Decant the Sweet and Sour sauce into a suitable dip container and serve Marinade Oven • Score meat, poultry or fish and cover with marinade • Cover and place in refrigerator for 3Not Specifiedminutes. For a more intense flavour leave for 2-3 hours or preferably overnight. • Cook meat, poultry or fish as per cooking instructions, basting throughout. Check food is piping hot before serving. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days or by best before end date whichever is sooner.
