Directions For Use
Please ensure soup is reheated to a core temperature of at least 75⁰C. Microwave Heating – For 4kg Chilled Bucket: 1. Remove the lid and loosely replace onto the bucket. 2. Heat on high power for 35 minutes (750W), 20 minutes (1850W) stirring every 5 minutes. 3. Stand for 1 minute and then thoroughly stir. 4. Ensure the core temperature is 75⁰C or above. Reheat in a saucepan: Please heat, ensuring the core temperature is 75⁰C or above. Soup Kettle or other hot holding equipment: Please follow the above heating instructions prior to filling. Cooking appliances may vary. This is a guide only.
Storage Instructions
Keep Refrigerated. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Do not freeze.
