Directions For Use
Please ensure soup is reheated to a core temperature of at least 75⁰C. Microwave Heating – For 4kg Chilled Bucket: 1. Remove the lid and loosely replace onto the bucket. 2. Heat on high power for 35 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. 3. Stand for 1 minute and then thoroughly stir. 4. Ensure the soup is thoroughly reheated, with a core temperature 75°C or above. Reheat in a saucepan: Heat slowly until piping hot, ensure core temperature of 75°C or above is achieved. Soup Kettle or other hot holding equipment: 1. Heat water jacket on full power until water starts to simmer. 2. Turn heat control to 1. 3. Microwave whole bucket to a temperature of 75°C and carefully transfer contents to kettle. Cooking appliances may vary. This is a guide only.
Storage Instructions
Keep Refrigerated. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Do not freeze.
