Directions For Use
Please ensure soup is reheated to a core temperature of at least 75⁰C. Microwave Heating (750W) – For 4Kg Chilled Bucket: 1. Remove the lid and loosely replace onto the bucket. 2. Heat on high power for 35mins, stirring every 5 minutes. 3. Stand for 1 minute and then thoroughly stir. 4. Ensure the soup is thoroughly reheated, with a core temperature 75°C or above. Reheat in a saucepan: Heat slowly until piping hot, ensure core temperature of 75°C or above is achieved. Soup Kettle – For re-heating and serving using Real Soup Company soup Kettle 1. Heat water jacket on full power until water starts to simmer. 2. Turn heat control down to 1. 3. Microwave whole bucket to a temperature of 75°C and carefully transfer contents of kettle. Cooking appliances may vary. This is a guide only.
Storage Instructions
Keep Refrigerated. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Do not freeze.
