A vacancy has arison for a Production Operative to join the team at Purple Pineapple.

Telephone Sales team Leader

We are looking for someone to provide leadership to the telesales team acting as a positive role model at all times. To be able to motivate, support and mentor staff. Have the ability to train and improve staff skills through one to one training. Be able to make decisions and ensure the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  ♦ To be the main point of contact for your team.
  ♦ Ensure all telesales calls are completed.
  ♦ Achieve the level of sale and have the tool to sell readily available.
  ♦ Brief telesales representatives daily.
  ♦ Monitor the phone system MB/DND.
  ♦ Liaise with other departments.
  ♦ Support the Telesales team when dealing with customer complaints.
  ♦ Organise and delegate team to cover busy periods, including lunchtimes. 
  ♦ Errors, BEY report, W & D orders, workload, figures/sales. 
  ♦ Training new employees

Telesales/Customer Service Representative


To provide leadership to the team acting as a positive role model at all times. To be able to motivate, support and mentor staff. Have the ability to train and improve staff skills through one to one training. Be able to make decisions and ensure the smooth running of the department.

Duties will include:
 
  ♦ Manage a territory of existing customer, a long side a external representative.
  ♦ Each day work through a call list of customers, within a timely and orderly manner.
  ♦ Answer incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer queries and order requirements.
  ♦ Process orders accurately, with a detail to the promotions, pricing and stock availability and specials.
  ♦ Promote monthly promotions and assist in selling through discontinued and short dated product lines.
  ♦ Actively review non-buyers and ensure effective communication to customer administration.
  ♦ Liaise with Good Inwards, Transport and Customer Care.
  ♦ Ensure first order to customer is telephoned in a timely manner.
