Purple Pineapple Production Operative (Aylesford/Full Time) 

At kff, we manufacture our own brand of Purple Pineapple branded fillings which are only ever mixed by hand. This is so the more delicate ingredients are kept intact whilst the finished product looks more handmade than machine blended alternatives. We are looking for a hardworking individual with a careful, attentive nature to work in our Purple Pineapple fillings production team on a full-time basis.

Temperature Control Warehouse Operative (Witney/Days)

We are looking for a warehouse operative who has a keen eye for detail along with great working ethics, ability to work as part of a team and good timekeeping. Warehouse experience preferred but not essential. Must hold a full UK Driving license.

Duties will include:
  ♦ Checking and replenishing internal stock transfers.
  ♦ Replenishment of stock withheld at the depot.
  ♦ Rotation of dates within replenishment.
  ♦ Stock counting
  ♦ Taking in of goods from deliveries.
  ♦ FLT Reach and Counterbalance essential.
  ♦ Completion of relevant internal forms.
  ♦ Maintain a ‘work as you go’ policy.
  ♦ Maintain a high standard of cleaning.

Area Sales Manager

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager, Based at home, Location: South West London

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for growing the MAT, exceeding sterling and profit targets for kff within a defined geographical area, by selling a range of chilled, dry and frozen products from the kff range. Area Sales Managers are expected to generate their own opportunities and develop business in both existing and new business sectors. The ASM has a direct report to the Regional Sales Manager.

  ♦ To exceed both sterling sales target and the company profit margin target.
  ♦ Maximize business for the company through existing customer base using intelligent and efficient call coverage.
  ♦ Generate own new business opportunities with customers matching kff’s target profile.
  ♦ Track daily, weekly and quarterly performance against agreed KPI’s and targets.
  ♦ Make sure all administration is up to date and acted upon.

 Competency profile required/Person specification:

  ♦ Preferably minimum 2 years sales experience in Food Sector sales, showing a result’s driven sales career to-date.
  ♦ Has passion for food and can demonstrate creativity in menu design and understands portioning control, menu planning, and financial costing etc.
  ♦ Competent in demonstrating that they can communicate at all levels both verbally and written.
  ♦ Confident in cold calling as well as customer care and development of existing customers. 
  ♦ Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
  ♦ PC Literate and confident in using Microsoft packages especially excel.
  ♦ Can demonstrate a “self –starter” approach to their role and own development.
  ♦ Understanding of the principles of Persuasive/Consultative Selling process.

Key Account Manager (Aylesford/Full Time)

This position is a full time working Monday – Friday 10.00 to 6.00pm with a half hour lunch break. There is also a requirement to work an occasional Sunday.

The successful applicant must be a good team player, with excellent communication and organisational skills.  They must be motivated by a desire to achieve company targets and a high level of customer service.

Job description:

  ♦ To manage a territory of existing customers, alongside the external representative.
  ♦ Each day work through a call list of customers, in a timely and orderly manner.
  ♦ Answer incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer queries and order requirements.
  ♦ Process orders accurately with a detail to the promotions, pricing, stock availability, and specials.
  ♦ To complete pricing forms for new products ordered by customers.
  ♦ Participate in company Ra Ra’s with suppliers and actively promote their products.
  ♦ Promote monthly promotions and assist in selling through discontinued and short-dated product lines.
  ♦ Actively review non-buyers and ensure effective communication with customer administration.
  ♦ Liaise with goods inwards, transport and customer care.
