Directions For Use
TRAY ARRANGEMENT (600 x 400) : 12 items laid out diagonally, the tip of the croissant should be turned down to prevent it from moving when left to rise. PROOFING : 2 h at 28°C, humidity 80% LEAVE for 10 minutes WHOLE : egg glazing BAKING : with the humidity ventilation opened. Bake at 180°C for approximately 14 à 16 minutes and allow excess liquid to drain away on a grill. The products are ready to be eaten.
Storage Instructions
To be stored in the freezer at - 18°C *** before use, until the Use By Date written on the label.
