Buttermilk Vegan Burger



Start by making the slaw, add the mayo, siracha, lime zest, coriander and mint to a bowl a mix well. Add the vegetables and mix again.

Cook the buttermilk burgers until hot and crispy. Toast the inside of the burger buns. Add the vegan cheese to the bun base and place under a hot grill to melt the cheese. Place the crispy burger on top. Now add the siracha slaw, lettuce of your choice and the burger lid.

Serve with spicy fries and a little extra vegan mayo on the side.
