10" Lebanese Flatbreads

Finely dice onion and chillies and mix into lamb mince along with curry powder and chopped chives. Mould onto skewers and refrigerate until ready to cook
Slice red onion and cut cucumber and tomato into strips, stir together with chopped chives and a drizzle of lemon oil
Place chicken kebabs and prawns onto baking sheets and cook as per packet instructions
.Cook lamb kebabs over chargrill or griddle pan until cooked through
.Warm sweet potato curry and flat breads
.Place onion salad, Bombay rice and sour cream into bowls
Serve everything together
