Loaded Fries



Make seasoning by combining salt, pepper, five spice and chicken bouillon together, set aside. Slice onions, peppers, red chilli and garlic. Cut cucumber into strips and spring onion into lozenges. Deep fry chips and leave to drain. Add oil to a medium hot pan and fry onions until softened, then add garlic, chilli flakes and peppers . Cook for a couple of minutes then add the fries along with the seasoning. Give it all a good toss and allow spices to cook out for a minute or two. Place fries in a serving bow l, top with Aromatic Duck filler and garnish with chillies, spring onions, cucumber strips and sesame seeds
