Directions For Use
Deep fat frying Preheat frying oil to 175°C. Fry quantities (min. 500 g) for about 5-6 minutes until the product is golden yellow and crispy. Oven Preheat the oven at 220°C (428°F) (electrical oven level 7). Spread the preferred quantity roast potatoes (500g) equally on the baking tray (preferably on baking paper). Place the tray in the middle of the oven. Bake the chips for about 25-30 minutes. Meanwhile turn them until golden yellow and crispy. Preheat the turbo-heating at 200°C. Fry smaller quantities for a shorter period. Combisteamer Preheat the combisteamer at 190°C heating level. Spread the preferred quantity equally on the baking tray. Place the tray in the middle of the oven or at the lowest tray in the grill. Bake the product for about 20-25 minutes.
