Directions For Use
Microwave: Remove all packaging (Or pierce the pouch) and place contents of pouch into a microwavable dish. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes Allow to rest for 1 minute. Microwave 900W: Remove all packaging (or pierce the pouch) and place contents of pouch into a microwavable dish. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes. Stir and microwave on full power for a further 3 minutes. Allow to rest for 1 minute. Oven: 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas Mark 5 Remove all packaging and place contents onto an oven proof dish. Cover with foil. Place into a preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and remove foil and stir. 180°C Remove all packaging and place contents into an oven proof dish, cover with foil. Place into a preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and stir, cook for a further 1 minute without foil. Allow to rest for 1 Minute
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
