Juice lemons into a large bowl, add olive oil, oregano, cumin, cayenne, paprika, garlic puree, salt and diced pork. Mix thoroughly and leave to marinade for a couple of hours. When ready thread meat onto skewers and cook on a BBQ or under a hot grill for around 10-12 minutes. Char the chilli peppers at the same time. Serve cooked pork on warmed flat breads with paprika and oregano dusted feta, charred chillies and tzatziki on the side
