We currently have an immediate vacancy for a Telephone Sales Representative to join our friendly Telephone Sales team in Aylesford, Kent.
This role is to provide excellent Customer Service to all incoming and outgoing telephone calls to kff customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage a territory of existing customers, alongside the external representative.
- Work through a call list of customers within a timely and orderly manner
- Process orders accurately
- Complete pricing forms for new products
- Promote monthly promotions
To be considered for this role the ideal candidate must:
- Good verbal communication skills on all levels
- Customer service skills
- Ability to sell
- Accurate and efficient IT skills
- Be a team player
