Chicken & Bacon Club



Bake bread, slice at an angle and then lightly toast. Cook bacon until crispy. Defrost Chicken and warm slightly. Mix shredded red cabbage with coleslaw mix and a bit of mayonnaise, just enough to bind everything together. Place bread on a serving plate/board and build open sandwich starting with lettuce then tomato, crispy bacon, chicken and finish off with red cabbage coleslaw.
