Chicken & Bacon Club

Directions:

Bake bread, slice at an angle and then lightly toast. Cook bacon until crispy. Defrost Chicken and warm slightly. Mix shredded red cabbage with coleslaw, just enough to bind everything together. Place bread on a serving plate/board and build open sandwich starting with lettuce then tomato, crispy bacon, chicken and finish off with red cabbage coleslaw.
