Heat up a full portion of chilli con carne and stir in the kidney beans. Fry the sweet potato fries per pack instructions. Toast one top bun and two bottom buns. Take the first bottom bun and spread a thick layer of guacamole, then spoon on 2-3 tablespoons of the chilli mix. Add in 8-10 sweet potato fries and 2-3 spoonfuls of salsa. Place the second bottom bun on top, then repeat the order from before, adding a thick slice of Blacksticks blue cheese. Place the burger under the grill for 2-3 minutes, until cheese is melted, then put the top bun in place.
