The Hot 'n' Smokin



Cook the burger patty per pack instructions, then stack up 3-4 sliced piquillo peppers and an Applewood Smoked Cheese slice and grill for 2-3 minutess (or until cheese is melted). Toast the insides of the bun, then smother the bottom half in smoky BBQ sauce. Stack up the burger patty, peppers, cheese and as many chillies as you can handle. Top with more smoky BBQ sauce and put the top bun in place.
